Bedrooms

We have three large comfortable en-suite bedrooms. The two front rooms have fantastic Lake District views, and the bedroom at the back of the house overlooks the old orchard and has a side view of the fells. Everyone loves our super-king beds (6ft wide x 6ft 7” long), which can be turned into full size twins if necessary.
The rooms all have colour TV/ DVD’S or Videos, all with teletext, radio alarms, hair dryers, full central heating with individual thermostats on the radiators, beverage trays containing tea/coffee/drinking chocolate.

En Suite
The en suite bathrooms have toilet, washbasin and shower, all have shaver sockets and toiletries together with bath and hand towels. There is also a general bathroom with a bath should any one fancy a long hot soak!
For your comfort all the windows have blackout blinds and there are fans provided for those hot sunny day , to keep you cool. Yes, we do have hot sunny days in the Lake District! We also provide hot water bottles for those cold winter nights!

Guests have the use of an iron and ironing board and there are drying facilities available should you need them. There is access to the bedrooms, lounge, dining room and seated garden area at all times.
